How many days does it take to deliver an order?

We provide through Canada Post and USPS. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days.

Do you ship all around the world?

As of now, we only ship within the USA and Canada.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your original order by emailing us at help libascollection4u@gmail.com

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

We will share the shipping details with you as soon as it’s done. Customers can request the dispatching details/proof of shipping within a limited amount of time before it gets erased from the system.

Are the pictures displayed on the website exactly the same as the product itself?
