When we offer return or Exchange:
We offer refund or exchange in a rare situation where you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase because:
1) the item was damaged when received by the customer.
2) the wrong item was delivered.
3) the wrong size was delivered.
Otherwise, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
Please note that The customers can return the product, and ask for the in-store or online store credit for a future purchase, within 5 days of the original purchase. No claim will be entertained after 5 days of original purchase.
The customers can utilize the same amount of money for later purchase from our website. Send us an email at email@example.com
with your request and order number, and we will guide you through the process. Once your request has been approved, you will courier it back to us.
Lost packages and the proof of shipping
In case of delayed delivery of the ordered package, customers can request a proof of shipping, which will be presented to you in within a limited amount of time, before it gets erased from the system.
We do not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered package once we have shipped it from our end and provided the proof of the shipment.
