Exchange and Return Policy
WHEN WE OFFER RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
We offer a refund or exchange in a rare situation where you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase because:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The wrong size was delivered.
Otherwise, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
Please note that we accept returns within 5 days of purchase for in-store or online store credit toward future shopping. To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept general returns or exchanges after 5 days. If you’re unsure about the color, size, or product details, please contact us via email or phone before ordering.
The customers can utilize the same amount of money for later purchase from our website. Send us an email at libascollection4u@gmail.com with your request and order number, and we will guide you through the process. Once your request has been approved, you will courier it back to us.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your original order by emailing us at help libascollection4u@gmail.com
LOST PACKAGES & PROOF OF SHIPPING:
- In case of delayed delivery of the ordered package, customers can request proof of shipping, which will be presented to you within a limited amount of time, before it gets erased from the system.
- We do not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered packages once we have shipped them from our end and provided the proof of the shipment.
