At Libas Collection, we are committed to delivering your favourite Pakistani clothing, traditional outfits, and accessories safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sale events, festive seasons, Eid, wedding seasons, and other busy periods, processing times may be longer.

  • Orders may be delayed if additional information is required to verify payment or delivery details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Canada

  • United States

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and the products ordered.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method, order weight, and applicable promotions.

  • Standard shipping: $10 CAD Local Delivery with in GTA, $14-20 CAD all over Canada. For USA Shipping Calculated based on destination state and Duty/Trarrifs.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Canada: 2 to 8 days

  • United States: 3 to 10 days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow the carrier time to update the tracking status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at qudsia@libascollection.com

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional charges may apply if a shipment must be redirected or reshipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears lost, has not arrived within the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at qudsia@libsacollection.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
